  • Mental:
    • Do you feel irritable or impatient?
    • Do you feel uncomfortable or sticky?

The person has:

acne on face and nose

– mouth ulcers, dry mouth, bad breath and bitter taste in mouth

– oily & yellow skin and eczema   

passes sticky & dry stools and yellow & hot urine, also sense of incomplete defecation

The person has:

– a poor diet,  frequent consumption of oily and fried foods

– eating too much cold and raw foods, dairy product

– a feeling of fatigue and heaviness, especially at the lower of the body

 

Can do high-intensity exercises such martial arts, ball activities;

avoid doing outdoor activities during hot and humid weather;

 

For calming the mind, participate in relaxing activities such as meditation or going out for walks, sleep early and wake up early

Tends to be:

– medium built or inclined towards a skinny body type

– lethargic and lack of energy
