A pale and potted face, puffy eyes, dry skin, body complexion is either yellow or white, soft muscles and lack of muscle mass body sweat easily and randomly, passing loose stools. The person has: –                                                          – poor appetite and diet                            

– a weak voice, panting and shortness of breath

– easily catch colds and flu  

– suffers bouts of dizziness                                  

– feels tired easily and low energy

– prone to insomnia

– slow to recover from illness

 

For women: less menstrual flow, delayed menstruation

For men: premature ejaculation

Do breathing and pelvic exercises (3 to 5 times a day),

Do mild and not strenuous exercises (like Tai Chi Quan / Qigong / Yoga / Brisk Walking) to tone and strengthen the body muscles,

No dieting,

Avoid prolonged breath holding exercises,                 

Keep body warm at all times 

Easily lose focus and stressed out from being overwork, suffers chronic illness (like hepatitis) in old age (frail body structure(more on the fat side)

 

For women, they may suffer chronic pelvic inflammatory disease  

Timid and introverted (don’t like to talk much); not adventurous into new endeavour Body is intolerant to adverse environments (like windy, cold, heat, damp);

Dislike in noisy places
