The person has:

 – warm to hot body, especially in palms of hands and soles of feet

– dry hair and skin, dry mouth and throat, dry nose, and eyes

– weak waist and knees

– passes dry stools

 

 

 

The person              dislikes hot and dry weather, prefers cold drinks, easily get thirsty, sore throat and fever, more likely to experience excess stress, insomnia (due to overworking or in a high-stress environment) and suffers frequent constipation

 

For women, early menstruation and hot flushes

 

Engages in mild exercise (e.g brisk walking, swimming, yoga, tai chi, qigong);

Avoid going to the sauna or thermal yoga;

Do activities that calm and relax the mind, to build inner peace through activities like meditation and listening to soothing music;
