The person has: 

an oily forehead and face

– swollen upper eyelids

– have excess throat secretions to spit (mucus)

–  sticky or sweet taste on the mouth

– tends to sweat profusely

– has a tummy that is plump and soft

– heaviness in the body, especially the limbs

– passes sticky, frequent and irregular stools

The person has:
– a craving for sweet and oily foods– a poor diet particularly eating too much cold and raw foods, dairy products

– tends to have bloating stomach and poor digestion

– chest tightness

due to prolonged working in humid/moist environment

 

For women:

– has excessive menstruation flow

For men:

– has enlarged prostate

 

Refrain from living in a sedentary lifestyle; exercise at a pace you can sustain over the long-term;

avoid outdoor activities during cold and humid weather; avoid extreme emotions;

build calmness through activities like meditation, tai chi, and yoga.
